A "beautiful" young mum tragically died just hours after playing with her children in the garden. Jade Roberts tragically took her own life in April 2021 aged just 2.

Now her family are working hard to keep a legacy going for the mum and her children in a bid to help others who may be struggling.Heartbroken mum Tracey has vowed to make a change by setting up a charity, called the Jade Roberts Project, dedicated to ending the stigma surrounding the "silent killer" of anxiety, depression, suicide and addictions.Mum Tracey previously described how she did not realise the true extent of the mental health struggles her daughter was living with report the ECHO.Speaking earlier this year, Tracey said: "Jade was absolutely beautiful inside and out.
