A Tory MSP snapped during First Minister's Questions after SNP members mocked him over Rishi Sunak's climate u-turn.Brian Whittle had asked Deputy First Minister Shona Robison about comments from council leaders "questioning the achievability of net zero targets without a detailed plan and adequate funding."It provoked mocking laughter from some SNP MSPs - prompting Whittle to angrily mimic their reactions.It comes after Tory Prime Minister Rishi Sunak rolled back on some of his key environmental pledges on Wednesday.Sunak delayed the ban on sales of petrol and diesel cars to 2035 and also put back the time at which people need to replace gas boilers with heat pumps to 2035.Whittle said during FMQs: "To ask the Deputy First Minister what the Scottish Government's response is to reported comments from Cosla and council leaders questioning the achievability of net zero targets without a detailed plan and adequate funding."Some SNP MSPs laughed at Whittle's question, causing him to fake laugh in response.Some of them then jeered the Tory MSP, with one audibly saying: "oh!"Presiding Officer Alison Johnstone then told the SNP MSPs off.Johnstone said: "I would be grateful if we could do members the courtesy of heating their questions."Deputy First Minister Shona Robison, who was stepping in for Humza Yousaf, replied: "I am sure Brian Whittle is regretting asking that question."A Tory MSP raising net zero less than 24 hours after a Tory Prime Minister hollowed out their plans is a matter for pity perhaps."We will continue to work in partnership with local authorities and COSLA to develop a framework between national local government to agree shared approaches to delivering net zero."We're doing this at a time when the UK
