As Stacey Solomon’s flagship show Sort Your Life Out returned to our screens on Tuesday evening (20 February), viewers at home got more than they bargained for as she and husband Joe Swash made an unexpected confession about their love life.The surprising confession came as the brand new series kicked off with Stacey and the SYLO team helping a single dad of two named Craig slowly bring his house back into order following the heartbreaking death of his wife Lois.

As part of the process, Craig needed to get rid of half of his belongings to clear some space, meanwhile Joe had been called in by Stacey for reinforcements in helping to redecorate the home and paint a Wendy house.

While decorating a new bedroom for Craig’s two young daughters, Merwyn and Wren, craft loving Stacey questioned why adults couldn’t also have brightly coloured and quirkily decorated rooms, with most adults tending to favour muted neutral colours and plain aesthetics in their later years. “Don’t you think adult bedrooms are so boring?

And I don’t know why. Why when you’re in your thirties could you not have this as your wall?” asked the mum of five as she and Joe applied daisy decals to a freshly painted wall.
