Sarah Beeny shares upsetting cancer update as she undergoes further surgery

TV presenter Sarah Beeny has shared an upsetting update on her battle with breast cancer and revealed she has undergone further surgery to have her ovaries and fallopian tubes removed.It comes days after the 51-year-old mum shared her marriage was "hanging by the fingernails" following her health issues, The Mirror reports.The TV star was diagnosed with with breast cancer back in 2022 and underwent a double mastectomy.As she kept fans up to date with her cancer journey, Sarah has opened up about having her ovaries and fallopian tubes removed as well.She shared a photo on Instagram of her hugging husband Graham outside of the hospital, alongside a snap of her in a hospital gown in bed.Alongside the pics, she said: "Turns out little day surgery to whip out my ovaries and tubes as the last tick box after testing positive for #palb2 gene mutation isn’t quite the walk in the park I expected and flipping smarts - not feeling quite as jolly as when G dropped me this morning…..
