An argument between Meghan Markle and her brother in law Prince William got so heated that the future King was said to have “pointed a finger in her face”.
Prince Harry made the allegations in his tell-all memoir Spare which was released at the top of the year and set the cat amongst the pigeons in terms of his relationship with other members of the royal family. He said that the incident took place following a comment Meghan made in the run up to their 2018 wedding.
It was on the back of Meghan’s now infamous statement that Kate may be suffering from a bit of “baby brain” following the recent birth of Prince Louis. The Prince of Wales is said to have replied to Meghan in reference to her comments: "Well, it's rude, Meghan.
These things are not done here."But the American star wasn’t intimidated by the royal, as writes the Mirror, as she replied: “If you don't mind, keep your finger out of my face."Meghan was reported to have been left upset by William’s response to her, especially as she was allegedly warned she wasn’t good friends with Kate enough to make a remark about her hormonal state.According to Harry, the meeting between the two couples to clear the air, which took place just after the Duke and Duchess of Sussex got home from honeymoon was laced with tension.
