Prince Harry gave an unexpected three-word reply when an aide accidentally called him "mate" according to a royal author. The book called Courtiers: The Hidden Power Behind the Crown, by Valentine Low, explores the roles of those working for the Royal Household and how they help to shape the monarchy.
