Outlander fans may have been over the moon to finally have the end of Droughtlander when season seven dropped in the early hours of last Friday morning.
But their happiness was probably a wee bit short lived after the absolute emotional rollercoaster they were dragged on with the release of the latest episode on June 23.The new episode was so full of emotion that some fans said they'll be "needing therapy" to get over it.Entitled 'The Happiest Place on Earth', episode two started out dealing with one character who had some unfinished business from season 6 - Allan Christie.
As the opening scenes unfolded we saw Allan and Claire having a less than pleasant chat over Malva's grave. And as Allan wept and revealed he'd had an incestual relationship with his sister, Claire suddenly knew for sure that Tom Christie hadn't murdered her, and it had, in fact been, her brother, who was jealous of her sleeping with other men.
One thing led to another and Allan's fate is sealed, but more sadness, of course, lay around the corner for fans of the time-travelling smash hit. After Brianna's baby Amanda was born, Claire noticed she had blue tinges in her fingertips and she told Brianna her only hope of her daughter was for her to go 200-years to the future for surgery.
