This is the moment police arrived at killer Andrew Innes's home and arrested him for the sickening murders of young mum Bennylyn Burke and her young daughter Jellica.Two officers can be seen arriving at his detached house with a car on the drive in a quiet residential street in Dundee and waiting for the murderer to open the door.

Footage then skips to another officer standing by a police van parked outside the property.Innes, 52, is led to the van handcuffed in calm manner, and goes without any resistance.

An officer searches him while another police van is seen manoeuvring on the street in the distance before he steps inside the van cell and cops shut the doors.The bodies of Bennylyn Burke, 25, and daughter Jellica, aged two, were found buried under the kitchen floor of Innes’s house on Thursday March 19, 2021.Detective Chief Inspector Graham Smith, of Police Scotland’s Major Investigation Team, said the depravity of Innes' crimes were "beyond anything" anyone in the police have witnessed before.On Monday he was found guilty of murder following a trial at the High Court in Edinburgh.

He was sentenced to life imprisonment with a minimum of 36 years.DCI Smith said: “The murders of Bennylyn Burke and her two-year-old daughter Jellica have shocked and appalled us all.
