EXCLUSIVE: MindRiot Entertainment, the transatlantic indie behind Danielle Deadwyler’s Parallel, and the upcoming OceanGate pic Salvaged has acquired the rights to adapt the life stories of former US marines Bryan Seely and Robert Hudock for a feature project.

The project is currently titled Father Figure and will feature two intertwined stories inspired by the former soldiers. Seely is known internationally as the notorious “ethical hacker.” He first gained notoriety after simultaneously hacking into the FBI and Secret Service to expose a glitch in their system.

The hacks should have landed him in prison but after intense interrogation, he was celebrated by government officials and has become a popular cyber security public speaker.

Hudock served as a marine in Guam and the Philippines. After leaving the army he has also had an extensive career in hi-tech.
