Michael Mosley has named the two foods he 'always' keeps in stock for healthy snacking.As the creator of the Fast 800 diet and author of Just One Thing, the presenter is full of health and diet advice.

He's previously named the food that's best for blasting belly fat and what to eat to become stronger.The health guru was recently asked by the Sunday Times about the food he 'really' eats every day.

Naturally, his go-to snacks are good for your gut and full of 'healthy fat'.Michael told the publication: "I make a point of always keeping a variety of nuts and seeds in stock, including almonds, cashews, Brazil nuts, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pine nuts, chia and sesame seeds.

I like to roast them myself, to enhance the flavour."Nuts are rich in fibre to feed your microbiome and are an excellent source of healthy natural fat.
