Manchester United's under-18s were on the wrong end of an FA Youth Cup shock as they were dumped out of the fourth round by League Two Swindon Town.

Botan Ameen netted a first-half brace for the Robins at the County Ground to dump the record-winners out of the competition and set up a fifth-round tie with Gillingham or Sunderland, who lock horns next Tuesday.

Swindon opened the scoring after 14 minutes when Ameen played a slick one-two with George Alston before sliding the ball past Reds goalkeeper Elyh Harrison.

United saw their defensive line breached six minutes before the break, with Jaxon Brown creating space for Ameen to drop the shoulder and rifle an effort into the top corner.
