Second teenager charged after police called to alleged stabbing in Aldi car park

A second teenager has been charged following an alleged stabbing in the car park of an Aldi store in Tameside. Police responded to the incident on Dean Street in Ashton-under-Lyne on Saturday, February 10.

An 18-year-old male was taken to hospital after the reported stabbing. In an update issued today (February 15), police said Disney Cheben, of Ludgate Road, Manchester, has now been charged in connection with the incident.

Wilson Defreitus, of Curzon Road, Ashton-Under-Lyne, was previously charged on suspicion of violent disorder and possession of a bladed article.
