Olympic champion Keely Hodgkinson looks set to receive a special honour from Manchester United after clinching gold in Paris.

The Atherton-born United fan made history as the first British competitor to win athletics gold at the Paris 2024 Olympics, where she dominated the women's 800 metres on Monday.

And Hodgkinson - who has previously expressed her love for United and shares a close bond with team stalwart Ella Toone - has already disclosed the prize she can't wait to experience upon her return to Old Trafford.
