Co-op Live accused of 'shambles' amid two-hour queues to get inside Niall Horan gig

With more than 20,000 people heading to Niall Horan's sell-out gig on Tuesday night, it was always going to be a busy event for the Eastlands music venue, which opened in May following a series of delays.
But many people were shocked by the length of the queues that spiralled away from the building and say it was unclear who needed to queue where.
