Lydia Peckham, Roimata Fox & Branscombe Richmond Join Amazon MGM’s Action Comedy ‘The Wrecking Crew’
deadline.comEXCLUSIVE: Lydia Peckham (Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes), Roimata Fox (Chief of War) and Branscombe Richmond (Renegade) have joined the cast of The Wrecking Crew, Amazon MGM Studios‘ action comedy from Blue Beetle helmer Ángel Manuel Soto.
Details as to the trio’s roles are under wraps. As previously announced, Dave Bautista and Jason Momoa lead the ensemble, which also includes Claes Bang, Temuera Morrison, Jacob Batalon, Frankie Adams, Miyavi, Stephen Root, and Morena Baccarin.
Set to enter production in New Zealand in October, The Wrecking Crew centers on a pair of half-brothers — one, a loose-cannon cop (Momoa), and the other, a disciplined Navy SEAL (Bautista).
After 20-odd years of bad blood, the duo must work together to unravel the conspiracy behind their father’s murder in Hawaii.
