Olivia Bowen refused to hold back today when it came to her verdict on online trolling. Speaking to The Mirror, the former Love Island star - who shares one year old son Abel with husband Alex Bowen, whom she met on the hit ITV2 dating show - revealed she is often subjected to nasty comments from strangers about what she posts on Instagram.

Olivia has always been open when it comes to her behind-the-scenes mental health battles, and today told the publication that online mum-shaming can really affect her self-esteem. Though the doting mum dubbed the trolls' comments as "just silly people's opinions", she confessed to sometimes getting "really caught up" in what other people think of her.The TV star admitted she would "always want to prove people wrong or argue it", but says that, since.
