Kilmarnock fought from behind to grab a crucial point at home to Hibernian. The Edinburgh side led 2-0 thanks to a Will Dennis own goal and a Dylan Vente strike, but Kyle Vassell decreased the deficit before Joe Wright bagged the equaliser.Derek McInnes made two changes from the defeat to Ross County as Joe Wright and Vassell replaced David Watson and Tom Davies.Martin Boyle had a great chance in the seventh minute when he was laid off by Elie Youan, his effort was well saved by Dennis.
But just a minute later Dennis turned from hero to villain as he turned Lewis Miller’s close range effort off the post and then it came back off the goalkeeper and it hit off him to go into his own net.
Chances were few and far between until Stuart Findlay glanced a Danny Armstrong free-kick towards goal, but David Marshall was equal to the header.
Hibs then hit Killie on the counter from that chance as Youan pelted towards the touchline, but luckily for Killie neither Boyle or Christian Doidge could connect with the cross.
