The Strength of Love by Kate Garraway is set to explore the "impact of trauma as well as the importance of resilience, adaptability, curiosity and positivity when recovering from it." It comes after Kate herself has had to learn how to adapt ever since her husband Derek started his fight against the devastating effects contracting Covid in March 2020 has left on his body.
On Friday (September 8), Kate shared an update on the release of her book with just days to go. She could be seen in a video posted to her Instagram and Twitter pages.
