The project was officially confirmed in March, with Nisha Ganatra tapped to direct. Ganatra most recently directed episodes of Hulu’s “Welcome to Chippendales.” Her other credits include the 2020 film “The High Note” with Dakota Johnson and Tracee Ellis Ross, along with 2019’s “Late Night,” starring Mindy Kaling and Emma Thompson.
