An eyewitness shared with TMZ that they saw the 33-year-old Creed III actor and the 41-year-old Shazam! Fury of the Gods actress on a movie date at the Alamo Drafthouse in Los Angeles last weekend. A 30-year-old woman accused him of assault and was taken to the hospital with “minor injuries to her head and neck.” Jonathan was subsequently charged with multiple misdemeanor counts of assault and harassment by the Manhattan District Attorney’s office.
On Tuesday, May 9, Jonathan appeared virtually at the Manhattan Criminal Court in New York City for a short hearing, where he only spoke during the hearing to confirm that he consented to appear at the hearing virtually rather than in person.
