A baby girl and three little boys were rushed to hospital after a horror crash in the Highlands. Emergency services raced to the A837 at Skiag Bridge, south-east of Lochinver at around 11.10am on Friday, August 9 after reports of a collision involving a Fiat Ducato motorhome and a black and green Kawasaki motorbike.
The 37-year-old female motorcyclist was taken to hospital for treatment. The 62-year-old male driver and passengers within the motorhome, three females, aged one, 27 and 64, and two boys, aged three and seven, were also taken to hospital for treatment.Sergeant Calum MacAulay, of the Dingwall Road Policing Unit, said: “Our enquiries are ongoing and I would ask anyone who witnessed what happened or who saw either vehicle on the road prior to the crash to get in touch.
