Homeless man punched in face and coffee thrown on pensioner in vicious spate of phone robberies

The first incident took place on Saturday, July 1. Greater Manchester Police says it received a report that a homeless man, who had been asleep, was punched in the face before his phone was stolen.
Five days later, on Thursday, July 6, officers were informed that a pensioner had a cup of hot coffee thrown over him before being pushed to the ground.
