Good Morning Britain's Ranvir Singh has opened up about a chilling encounter with a phone scammer who claimed to have her personal details.The telly presenter, who previously competed on Strictly Come Dancing with Giovanni Pernice, initially shared the incident on social media before discussing it further on today's GMB with co-hosts Kate Garraway and Rob Rinder.Ranvir, 43, confessed to her colleagues that she nearly fell for a financial scam after receiving a call from an individual purporting to be from her bank.After Kate admitted: "You know I like to stalk you on Instagram, if I can't in real life, and it's usually hilarious, but actually, really disturbing thing you posted", Ranvir proceeded to delve into the unsettling experience. "I got a phone call from a very nice polite man, saying, 'Hi this is from your bank', and he named the bank", she explained.

The caller then queried her about potential fraudulent activity on her account, including a transaction from UberEats, reports OK!"I said, 'oh no I haven't', and he said, 'Ok fine, do you have your card with you and are these the last four digits?
