TMZ she was at work on Tuesday when she got a call explaining that her Virginia home was on fire. She immediately packed up her things and headed toward the rental home. "I thought maybe it was a mistake, maybe it was the house next to us," she said.After getting into her neighborhood, it was clear that her house was ablaze and her life was literally in ruins.
Her pets — which included three cats, a dog, a gecko and a pet snake — all died of smoke inhalation. "I lost some of the photos from my mother and some of the belongings of hers, but I was able to salvage some of them," she said. "I was able to salvage the ashes I have of my mother.

While the fire is clearly devastating, Bonnie is finding solace in the fact that Beth and her favorite cat, named Plum, can now be together."I hope my mom is happy to have Plum with her because that cat helped her thru everything," Bonnie said.
