Healthy ‘n’ Happy granted £4150 to continue providing for Rutherglen and Cambuslang

The Healthy ‘n’ Happy Community Development Trust has received a grant of £4150 to help continue providing regular social activities in Rutherglen and Cambuslang.The boost comes from SafeDeposits Scotland's Community Fund for their ‘Creating Happiness’ programme.The cash will provide a great opportunity for them to offer residents in Cambuslang and Rutherglen regular creative, physical and social activities, such as art, photography, a range of exercise classes, a book club, film screenings and a weekly social coffee afternoon, where people can drop in and chat over tea/coffee and biscuits.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
