Gok Wan was quickly called out for a comment he made on This Morning as he sprung a surprise on an unsuspecting viewer. Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield were back at the helm of the ITV daytime programme as they hosted their last show of the week.

But after welcoming viewers to the penultimate show of the week, the hosts didn't reveal what was coming up on the show and instead got stuck straight into their first segment which saw them hand over to Gok. "Very packed show for you today including a special makeover with Gok and his glam squad," Phillip, 60, told viewers. "Ahead of Mother's Day this weekend we wanted to spoil one of our viewers and that is Jackie, who you can see there," Holly, 42, went on to say as the cameras switched to show the unsuspecting viewer enjoying breakfast close to the studio. "They are having breakfast at a hotel down and Gok is there ready to surprise Jackie," he added before passing over the TV star who was hiding out ready to spring into action. "The glamour of my life, I'm currently stood in an industrial corridor in a hotel about to surprise Jackie," Gok explained.
