A Lanarkshire charity is £700 richer thanks to a fun festive fashion fundraiser.North Lanarkshire Provost Kenneth Duffy presented the donation to the Lanarkshire Cancer Care Trust after elected members from across the local authority collected cash to support its vital work during a Christmas jumper day.The independent charity provides volunteer car and drivers to take cancer patients to hospital appointments, clinics and day-care facilities.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
