Ex-Emmerdale star Kelvin Fletcher has excited his fans with an update on his latest projects. Kelvin, 40, played Andy Sugden on the ITV soap from 1996 to 2016 before leaving to win Strictly Come Dancing with Oti Mabuse in 2019.Recently, he's been enjoying farm life with his family on their reality TV show, Fletchers' Family Farm, which has been well-received by viewers.

This Christmas, ITV will air a festive special featuring Kelvin and his family, where they visit a family farm in Finland and experience the magic of a Nordic winter.A spokesperson said: "Kelvin, (his wife) Liz and the family are back for a seasonal special where they venture to Finland and visit another family farm thriving in the harsh conditions of the Arctic Circle."They added: "It's not all work, though, as the Fletchers dive into the magic of a Nordic winter by enjoying traditional activities and meeting the animals that flourish in this frosty wilderness to make their Finnish adventure - one the family will never forget." Kelvin previously spoke about the challenges of leaving Emmerdale for farming, having moved to the Peak District with his wife and two kids, Marnie and Milo, during lockdown.
