Martine McCutcheon, famed for her roles in Love Actually and EastEnders, has opened up about being diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD).The actress, 48, revealed that she 'cried' and 'grieved' after the diagnosis last year, thinking back to how her life could have been different.
While appearing on the new podcast, A Gentle Start: The Showercast by Timotei, released on Thursday, 24 October, Martine spoke about ADD.
In an honest confession, Martine shared: "I cried and cried, I grieved and it was just for 'if only I'd know how different things could have been'...
because I do look back and see a lot of struggle with what I did." The actress, best known for her role as Tiffany Mitchell in EastEnders from 1994 until 1998, has also been diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome [CFS], Fibromyalgia, and Lyme Disease, which cause severe pain and tiredness.
