X Factor's Tesco Mary looks unrecognisable 13 years after show following 6st weight loss
X Factor sensation Mary Byrne is worlds away from the performer we knew up on stage 13 years ago. Dubbed 'Tesco Mary' by fans of the ITV show, which has been off air since 2018, her social media accounts boast a complete and utter transformation from the star, who's managed to shed six stone in weight. Gone is the high ponytail and dark brown fringe too, with the 63 year old now wearing a swept-to-the-side blonde look.The Irish singer, who went on to play Mediterranean cruise ships alongside Sir Cliff Richard, originally wowed the likes of Simon Cowell, Cheryl, Louis Walsh and Katy Perry with her version of Tom Jones tune 'I Who Have Nothing' in 2010.
