Coronation Street fans were left saying 'thank you' to soap bosses for a moment during the latest trip to Weatherfield. Daniel Osbourne found himself calling on Adam Barlow for help as he was quizzed over the disappearance on Lauren Bolton.
The teen hasn't been seen in the ITV soap in weeks as she seemingly abruptly left the cobbles after mentioning leaving to Roy Cropper after he sacked her from the cafe.
It was Lauren's love interest Bobby who found her flat unlocked, with Lauren nowhere to be seen and has been doing his own investigation into her disappearance after he filed a report with the police.
Despite Bobby previously expressing his concern about Lauren with the police, they are only now heavily involved in the case after Sean Tully looked around her former flat to possibly rent it, after the landlord took it back off of Evelyn Plummer for her sub-letting, only to find blood on the curtains.
