Confirmed! Kim Kardashian WILL Be At This Year's Met Gala!
perezhilton.comThe rumors aren’t true! Kim Kardashian is going to the Met Gala! As you know, back in March there was talk the famous fashion event would be Kardashian-free this year.
Last year the entire Kardashian clan attended the Super Bowl of fashion, and not all the response was positive… which allegedly led to Anna Wintour reorganizing the guest list.
And it was rumored the head of Vogue didn’t put ANY of the famous family on the updated list! After the entire fiasco last year where lots of people were upset with Kim wearing Marilyn Monroe‘s iconic Jean Louis gown — and damaging the priceless piece — it wasn’t a huge surprise there was talk of the 42-year-old getting her invitation taken away. But Kim was reportedly “left very unhappy” upon hearing the leaked news — a source told The US Sun the reports caused tensions to “run high” for a bit between the KarJenners and the Condé Nast boss.
Ultimately, it was cleared up — one way or another. Sources confirmed to Page Six on Tuesday that the SKIMS founder WILL be in attendance this year.
