Christmas tree plans quashed by Wishaw community group

There will be a little less Christmas cheer in one area of Wishaw this year.Members of Coltness Community Council have taken the decision not to put up a Christmas tree this year due to spiralling costs.Instead, members will host a free community event in the month of December which will bring some Christmas cheer to locals.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
