Britain's Got Talent fans have praised host Anthony McPartlin for taking part in a "risky" performance after his dramatic tumble the night before.

On Monday. evening viewers tuned in to watch the first round of the live semi-final shows of this year's BGT and it certainly kicked off with a bang after Ant suffered a "heavy fall" live on-air.

In the aftermath, Ant told viewers "Ouch, my back! Wow, if you didn't catch that on telly, that was quite a heavy fall." Following last night's fall, fans were shocked when Ant returned on Tuesday evening only to be dancing on top of a piano with co-host Declan Donnelly.

As they danced alongside the cast of We Will Rock You to introduce the show, fans took to Twitter as they nervously watched on.
