Susan Boyle has told how she suffered a minor stroke during an emotional return to Britain's Got Talent.The Scots singer admitted her guest performance in tonight's final was extra special, as she feared she would never sing again after suffering a stroke last April.Boyle, 62, took to the stage to sing I Dreamed a Dream, the very song she performed to the judges back in 2009, but after the performance she told hosts Ant and Dec of her health struggles.Declan Donnelly asked her: "How does it feel to be back on Britain's Got Talent?"Susan smiled and said: "It feels great!
