At one point he said he'd been living there for five years.Defence agent Michael Tierney said Howley started a relationship with the man after the breakdown of her marriage.The solicitor stated: "He lived with her but only at weekends, and not every weekend."He had no other address and that is why he used hers on bank applications."This man was not paying the household bills."Money went back and forward as they helped each other out, for
