Ashely Cain tells ex he's going to be a dad again in 'painful' conversation
dailyrecord.co.ukAshley Cain has opened up on a 'painful' conversation he had with his ex partner after telling her he was going to be a dad again.The 33 year old former footballer was previously in a relationship with aesthetic practitioner Safiyya Vorajee, 35, and they welcomed their daughter Azaylia into the world in 2020.But the baby girl tragically passed away when she was just eight months old after a battle with acute myeloid leukaemia, leaving the couple devastated.
The Mirror reports that at the time of her passing in April 2021, Ashely posted a heartbreaking tribute on social media, writing: "Rest in paradise princess.
I will always hold you in my heart until I can hold you again in heaven." Safiyya added: "You are my Angel my heartbeat my soul, RIP my precious baby, you will always be with me like a handprint on my heart."The Ex on The Beach star and Safiyya supported each other in the aftermath of their baby girl's tragic death before splitting up last year.
Before they went their separate ways, they set up the Azaylia Foundation charity in honour of their daughter, which works to support children fighting cancer and their families.
