Alison Hammond has been seen taking part in one of her sweat-inducing workout sessions after admitting she's lost 11 stone. The presenter opened up on This Morning about her weight, confessing that there was a time she felt she was 'dying'.

During her return to the ITV news programme last week alongside Dermot O'Leary, Alison and her co-stars were discussing a news story when she seized the moment to discuss her own experiences, revealing that she once had to buy an extra plane ticket due to embarrassment while travelling, "I was nearly 28 stone I'll be honest with you and that is morbidly obese and I used to buy an extra seat because I didn't want to put anyone in a situation where I was touching them," she said on This Morning.
