ok.co.ukEx-Strictly Come Dancing professionals James Jordan and Ola Jordan showed off their weight loss transformations during a night out on the town this week.The couple, who were in London for work, seized the opportunity to enjoy a rare night out without their toddler daughter.The dancing duo, who both featured on the BBC competition show James from 2006 to 2013 and Ola departing two years later in 2015 have battled with weight gain over the past few years due to reduced dancing and various lockdown factors.
Ola, 41, expressed her disappointment in herself in a poolside photo shared last summer, revealing that she had gained some weight after her pregnancy.
When their daughter Ella was two, the couple revealed that in the last couple years they both gained weight and struggled to drop it again.
In the summer snap, Ola and James posed in their swimwear as they enjoyed their holiday abroad. But since then, Ola and James, 46, who won Dancing On Ice in 2019, have worked hard to shred their bodies and become fit and trimmed down once more.
