Aldi issues strict 'two per customer' rule in all stores for popular Christmas item

Aldi shoppers eager to get their hands on the new Kevin the Carrot range will find that there is a strict new limit rule in place.The budget German supermarket recently revealed that its highly anticipated merchandise, based on the bestselling vegetable and his friends, will officially land back in stores on Thursday, November 16.

However, Aldi has warned that the plush toys will be limited to just two per customer to allow as many people as possible the chance to take a Kevin home for Christmas, reports the Manchester Evening News.Aldi's Kevin the Carrot merchandise has been a massive hit with families over the years, as they are known to sell out in record time and previous years have saw some of the toys land on eBay with inflated prices.It comes after the supermarket recently sent fans wild for the new Kevin range with a short animated video on its Facebook page, which showed stars of the new festive ad working on production.

The video caption read: "The plushie production is in full swing! Kevin and his Christmas Factory friends are available in store 16.11.23. #AldiAmazingChristmas". Landing in the supermarket's middle aisle, shoppers will be able to find plush versions of the characters from this year's festive ad for £3.99 each.

Meanwhile, there will also be a special Golden Kevin for £6.99.However, fans wanting that little bit extra this year can treat themselves to a Kevin the Carrot and Plumty Dumpty squishee for £6.99, while a Jumbo Kevin plush will be on sale for £19.99.
