ok.co.ukWill & Grace star Eric McCormack's wife has reportedly filed for divorce after 26 years of marriage. Janet Holden, a Hollywood director, is said to be ending her relationship with the 60 year old actor, citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for their split according to TMZ.
Janet has 'asked for spousal support and wants to prevent the court from awarding any to Eric'. OK! has contacted Eric's reps for a comment on the claims.
During their relationship together, the couple had just one son who is now 21 years old, called Finnigan Holden McCormack.The pair first met in 1994 on the set of the TV series Lonesome Dove, where they kept their budding romance a secret from their colleagues.
Eric and Janet's last public engagement came back in March of this year at 31st annual Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards viewing party.The pair seemed in good spirits at the event, and they were spotted holding hands as they walked down the red carpet.
