See the footage below.The Irish singer-songwriter played a headline set at Fort Adams State Park in Newport, Rhode Island last Friday (July 26).Per Setlist.FM, Hozier was joined on stage by a host of guests to deliver a live rendition of The Band’s 1968 track ‘The Weight’ towards the end of the show.
Appearing alongside the artist were Staples, Baez, The Lumineers, Nathaniel Rateliff, Madison Cunningham, Allison Russell and more.Following the collaboration, Baez performed her timely protest song ‘We Shall Overcome’ with Hozier, Rateliff, Russell and others.
