Way back in 2019, it was reported that Harry Styles turned down the role of Prince Eric in The Little Mermaid live action remake, which will hit theaters next month on May 26.
The role eventually went to actor Jonah Hauer-King. Now, director Rob Marshall is confirming that he did speak to Harry about taking on the role, and revealed why Harry said no.
