Suzanne Somers is looking back at turning down a co-hosting job on The View. The 76-year-old Three’s Company star revealed in a new interview that she was offered the opportunity to co-host the ABC daytime talk show when the show was in development back in the late ’90s.

The late Barbara Walters created The View, which premiered back in 1997, and co-hosted the show with Joy Behar, Meredith Vieira, Star Jones, and Debbie Matenopoulos.
