dailyrecord.co.ukStrictly star Jody Cundy made an early morning dash to hospital because of an infection in his leg. The Paralympics cyclist and swimmer appeared on It Takes Two on Thursday where he opened up on the reason he’s not been able to rehearse this week.
Speaking to the BBC spin off show’s host Jeanette Manrara, he revealed there is uncertainty over whether he'll take to the dance floor this weekend.
He said: "It’s a week of highs and lows. The first two days, absolutely flown by. At the end of day two we had done the full routine a number of times from start to finish."Really confident that we could just perfect everything for Saturday."I got home on Tuesday night, took my leg off, said 'ooh that's quite sore'.
Didn't really think too much of it."Cleaned it, bathed it, made sure it was all okay."Then I got up about 4am, looked at my leg and it was warm and swollen.
