Stacey Solomon has shared a gushing tribute to her son Leighton to mark his 12th birthday.The TV star penned a sweet message to her second oldest child along with some "rare" photographs of the duo together.

The mum of five, 34, who shares Leighton with ex-fiancé Aaron Barnham, told fans she is "so proud" of her son and "very excited" to finally have a photo of her and him together.The sweet snap showed Stacey with her arms round Leighton's shoulders as they both beamed for the camera. "Happy Birthday Leighton.The funniest, craziest, wild, clever, most unafraid human," she began her tribute. "I’m so proud of the person you are growing up to be Leight.

And I’m very excited to have a rare picture of you & me that you actually like To the moon & back Leighton! Happy 12!" Stacey added.

Fans flocked to gush over the post, with one saying: "Aww he is so Handsomes! You is such a fabulous mummy @staceysolomon you just have to look how amazing the kiddies are x".
