In September 2016, she began appearing as a panellist on Loose Women and in November of the same year she presented the I'm a Celebrity spin-off series I'm a Celebrity: Extra Camp.

Stacey, 34, and Joe, 42, whisked their children away on an action-packed getaway after Joe purchased a lavish motorhome, worth around £60,000.The family have been venturing round Scotland for a number of days and Stacey has been documenting the trip on her Instagram account.
However, the family's trip hasn't quite gone to plan as Stacey and Joe failed to book a campsite in advance, which meant they were left having to sleep in a car park on their travels.
Stacey revealed she and Joe had planned to drive through the night to the Isle of Skye and eventually park up at a campsite to get some rest.
