Gemma Atkinson has shared her thoughts on being a second-time mum, saying she has "a different mindset" when it comes to motherhood now.

The reality TV star gave birth to her second child, a baby boy named Thiago, last month. The Hits Radio presenter also shares daughter Mia, who is now four, with her Strictly Come Dancing star partner Gorka Marqez.

In a bid to lift other mum's up, Gemma shared some 'before' and 'after' photos. In the first snap, taken before she had children, Gemma showed off her washboard abs as she sat in a sunny garden drinking a cup of coffee.
