Rutherglen Landemer Day to be held this weekend after last year's safety concerns

Rutherglen is set to host its first full Landemer Day in four years this Saturday, following the health and safety concerns of last year’s event.The organisers behind Landemer Day are expecting a bright celebration after the Main Street gala was severely curtailed due to strong winds last June.Landemer committee chair Jim Nixon told Lanarkshire Live about how he expects this year’s event to go off without a hitch.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
