Rochelle Humes appears to have enlightened many of her fans and followers with a food hack they had never thought of before.

The This Morning host took to social media and issued a 'don't mess' message over her son. Rochelle, 34, was enjoying some family time over the weekend when she whipped up a delicious meal for her husband Marvin and their brood - daughters Alaia-Mai and Valentina and son Blake.

And it appears two-year-old Blake was particularly taken by one particular part of the dish. His mum took to Instagram with a video of him tucking into a large corn on the cob, a smile on his face between every bite. "He takes his sweetcorn SERIOUSLY," Rochelle captioned the video before sharing why she felt extra proud.
